You can either come to EConTech office directly, telephone or email EConTech for further information about ProDic. EConTech will provide you information and material about ProDic in the most convenient ways.

At EConTech office, you can try ProDic directly with careful supports from EConTech’s staffs.

You can order ProDic through Agents of EConTech.

The agent will be responsible for introducing, receiving payment and delivering the product to you.

Note: Organizations or individuals are EConTech’s agents if they have an Agent Certification provided by EConTech JSC.

Payment & Product Delivery

After you order ProDic™, the payment or delivery can be made in one of the following ways for your convenience:

2	Pay money through Bank Account. Just after receiving your money, we delivery the product to you. You will get the product within 24h if you are in Hanoi, and within 3 days if you are in the other provinces in Vietnam.	If you are in Vietnam, you do not have to pay any additional fee for delivery.
3	You can pay money and receive product through EConTech’s Agents. The agent is responsible for receiving money and delivering the product to you as your requirements.

Product Warranty

Within 1 year, if your CD is failed or lost, we will provide you another CD without any fee. After 1 year, you must pay a fee of 2$ to have a new CD.
