You can either directly come to EConTech office or telephone, email to EConTech for further information about JaViDic. EConTech will provide you information and material about JaViDic in the most suitable way.

In EConTech office, you can directly try JaViDic with careful support from EConTech’s staffs.

You can order JaViDic through Agents of EConTech.

Econtech's gents will be responsible for introducing, receiving payment and delivering the product to you.

Note: Organizations or individuals are qualified to be EConTech’s agents if they have an Agent Certification provided by EConTech JSC.

Payment & Product Delivery

After ordering JaViDic™ you will make the payment or delivery with one of the following ways in your convenience:

2	Make payment through Bank Account. Right after receiving your money, we delivery the product to you. You will get the product within 24 hours if you are in Ha Noi, and within 3 days if you are in the other provinces in Viet Nam.	If you are in Vietnam, you do not have to pay any additional fee for delivery.
3	You can make payment and receive product through EConTech’s Agents. The agent is responsible for receiving money and delivering the product to you as your requirements.	If you are in Vietnam, you do not have to pay any additional fee for delivery.

Note: You are using legally JaViDic™ if you have a License Certification provided by EConTech JSC.

Warranty

We have warranty for the CD and USB Hardlock.

Warranty for CD

Within 2 years, if your CD is failed or lost, we will provide you another CD without any fee. After 2 years, you must pay for a fee of 3$ to have another CD.

Warranty for USB Hardlock

The USB Hardlock has a one year warranty in condition of regular using.

It has no warranty in the following cases:

- The customer disassemble the hard lock at any level.

- The hardlock is cracked, brocken or distorted because of mechanical or chemical influence.

- Electrical shock.

- The hardlock is failed because of soak or natural calamities.

- Loss of USB Hardlock.

After 1 year, you must pay 20$ for a new hardlock.

Customer Support

- After buying JaViDic, the customer will be guided to install and to use JaViDic easily.

- At EConTech office, customers are introduced about JaViDic and try it free.
